Basic Classroom Challenge Provide low-cost, intuitive control of basic projector, audio and CATV Tuner functions. Solution- CB-1000 IR Button Panel. The CB-1000 wall mount button panel provides reliable, intuitive control of two IR devices and fast easy setup and installation. The unit’s eight individual buttons can be arranged to provide basic project, audio and Tuner control. Additional features include an on-board clock for time-based control functions and an optional security pass-code to prevent unauthorized use.
- CA-1000 32W Audio Amplifier. The CA-1000 accepts up to four audio inputs with volume and input source selection via IR or serial. In this example, the CB-1000 sends IR commands to the CA-1000 to select among PC audio and CATV audio, and for volume up, down and mute. Note that the IR signal from the CB-1000 routed THROUGH the CSD-500 Tuner
- CSD-500 Analog CATV Tuner. CATV remains an important part of many classrooms. But with the disappearance of VCR’s, the analog tuner has become a lost commodity. The CSD-500 is a great tuner solution, with full IR and serial control, auto-scan tuning, a built-in FM radio tuner, and on-screen text messaging. In this example, the CB-1000 sends IR commands directly to the Tuner for channel up and channel down.
